Delivery & Returns
Delivery is determined by product weight and dimensions. Please use our 'estimate shipping' guide during checkout for the actual delivery cost. To establish the delivery charges for the items you have selected in your shopping cart, click on shopping basket in the top right hand corner of the page and under your shopping cart will be the icon for 'ESTIMATE SHIPPING' click on this and this will give you the shipping cost before you confirm and continue with your checkout and your customer payment and delivery address.

Fabrics online purchase
Stocked items within 7 days
Unstocked special orders within 4 weeks
Fabrics purchased online that are not in stock and require a special order can take up to 5 weeks in extreme cases.Delivery Terms

Tiles online purchase
Stocked items within 7 days
Unstocked special orders imported within 4 weeks
Tiles that are not in stock can take up to 5 weeks in extreme cases.Bathrooms online purchase
We aim to deliver in 7-10 working days. Non stocked items can take upto 2 - 3 weeks.If goods are purchased over the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order date is taken as the following working day for delivery purposes. If a delivery would normally be due over a holiday shut down period like Christmas, the delivery period may be extended to a later date. Larger items may take longer.
All delivery dates given are only and always provisional. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control.
Important
Deliveries will be made to the shipping address on your order form and will need to be signed by the person named on the order form. It will not be possible to deliver the parcel without a signature. You must ensure you are available at the delivery address to receive your goods. From the time of receipted delivery of goods, any loss or damage to the goods will be at your own risk.
Returns & Refunds
Please note that every order is tracked with the highest quality procedures. All items are carefully examined prior to despatch.
Fabrics
- No claim will be entertained if the fabric is cut or used in any way. We strongly advise that samples are requested before placing an order.
- homeeliteinteriors.co.uk will credit or replace any faulty goods returned by prior arrangement only.
- Refunds will be given if your order cannot be completed. You will be contacted by our sales advisor to discuss your order.
- No refund will be given for postage and packaging.
Damaged/ Missing Goods
Please inspect your goods thoroughly before signing. If it is not possible sign proof of delivery 'unchecked'. You must inform us in writing via email or fax within 48 hours of delivery if any goods are damaged/ missing. We cannot accept liability for damaged/ missing goods if you do not inform us within 48 hours. GOODS MUST BE CHECKED WHILST THE DRIVER IS ON PREMISES.
