All specifications given to the customer are approximate and intended as a guide only. homeeliteinteriors.co.uk does not accept responsibility for any preparation work based on such specifications.

In particular cases of bathroom purchases, homeeliteinteriors.co.uk strongly advises not to book installers or engage in any prepatory work until full receipt of the goods.If any item is out of stock a sales advisor will email or telephone you to advice you of an expected delivery date.

Pricing
homeeliteinteriors.co.uk is entitled to make adjustments to the price to take into account of any increases from our suppliers or if due to an error or omission or the price published is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Completing your order
After completion of your order please check your receipt and ensure that all details are correct. If you are in any doubt please contact homeeliteinteriors.co.uk immediately as post delivery changes take time and can be an inconvenience to you.

We ask that all goods are paid for on completion of order and that all funds are cleared prior to delivery. On the order you must provide us your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Returns & Refunds
Please note that every order is tracked with the highest quality procedures. All items are carefully examined prior to despatch.

Fabrics
- No claim will be entertained if the fabric is cut or used in any way. We strongly advise that samples are requested before placing an order.
- homeeliteinteriors.co.uk will credit or replace any faulty goods returned by prior arrangement only.
- Refunds will be given if your order cannot be completed. You will be contacted by our sales advisor to discuss your order.
- No refund will be given for postage and packaging.

Damaged/ Missing Goods
Please inspect your goods thoroughly before signing. If it is not possible sign proof of delivery 'unchecked'. You must inform us in writing via email or fax within 48 hours of delivery if any goods are damaged/ missing. We cannot accept liability for damaged/ missing goods if you do not inform us within 48 hours. GOODS MUST BE CHECKED WHILST THE DRIVER IS ON PREMISES.

Delivery
We aim to deliver the follwoing items within the listed time schedule.

Fabrics online purchase
stocked items within 7 days
unstocked special orders within 4 weeks
Fabrics online purchase that are not in stock and require a special order can take up to 5 weeks in extreme cases.

Tiles online purchase
Stocked items within 7 days
Unstocked special orders imported within 4 weeks
Tiles that are not in stockcan take up to 5 weeks in extreme cases.

Bathrooms online purchase
We aim to deliver in 7-10 working days.

If goods are purchased over the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order date is taken as the following working day for delivery purposes. If a delivery would normally be due over a holiday shut down period like Christmas, the delivery period may be extended to a later date. Larger items may take longer.

All delivery dates given are only and always provisional. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control.

Important
Deliveries will be made to the shipping address on your order form and will need to be signed by the person named on the order form. It will not be possible to deliver the parcel without a signature. You must ensure you are available at the delivery address to receive your goods. From the time of receipted delivery of goods, any loss or damage to the goods will be at your own risk.
